Unless otherwise stated, template purchases include:

Additional customization, logo creation, copywriting, branding, graphic design, SEO, or custom development is billed separately.
4. Hosting and Maintenance
If you purchase Managed Website Hosting & Maintenance:
Services may include:

- Plugin updates
- Theme updates
- Website monitoring
- Security monitoring
- SSL certificate management
- Scheduled backups
- Minor technical support
Hosting services are provided on a subscription basis.
5. Subscription Billing
Hosting and maintenance subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected during checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until canceled.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.
6. Cancellation
Hosting subscriptions may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate refunds for the current billing period.
Customers are responsible for downloading any website data prior to cancellation.
7. Domain Names
Customers are responsible for maintaining ownership of their domain names.
Customers agree to provide any required DNS or registrar access necessary to connect their domain to our hosting platform.
Failure to provide required access may delay project completion.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Supply requested content promptly.
- Maintain ownership rights for all submitted materials.
- Obtain permission for any copyrighted content.
Project delays caused by missing client information do not entitle the client to refunds.
9. Intellectual Property
Website templates remain the intellectual property of GSA Group LLC until purchased.
Upon purchase, the customer receives a license to use the purchased template for their own business.
Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or offered as competing products without written permission.
10. Payments
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Failure of recurring subscription payments may result in suspension or termination of hosting services.
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
11. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products:
- Website templates are generally non-refundable after delivery.
- Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Monthly hosting fees are non-refundable after the billing period starts.
If we are unable to deliver the purchased service, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.
12. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occasionally occur.
13. Limitation of Liability
